WCS Adjustable Monotube Struts

Built for improved ride control, durability and suspension travel, WCS Adjustable Monotube Struts combine a heavy-duty 46mm monotube design with adjustable spring seat positioning to suit a range of suspension setups.

Available in 0"–2" and 1"–3" configurations, each strut is engineered for lifted 4WD applications while maintaining consistent damping performance both on-road and off-road.

0"–2" Adjustable Monotube Struts

• 46mm bore and piston with a seamless inner tube for consistent damping performance and strength.
• Nitrogen gas charged to help maintain stable damping performance under demanding conditions.
• 52mm outer body diameter for increased strength and oil capacity.
• 18mm heavy-duty piston rod – induction hardened, plated and micro-polished for strength, smooth operation and long service life.
• Seamless eye rings provide a strong and durable mounting point.
• Adjustable spring seat height allows the suspension setup to be tailored to the vehicle.
• NOK multi-lip oil seals provide reliable sealing and help protect against oil loss and contamination.
• SV-3 anti-foaming hydraulic fluid helps maintain consistent damping during extended or demanding use.
• Lightweight impact-resistant urethane bellows protect the piston rod from dirt, stones and other debris.

1"–3" Adjustable Monotube Struts

• 46mm bore and piston with a seamless inner tube for improved strength and controlled damping.
• Nitrogen gas charged for consistent shock performance across varying road and terrain conditions.
• 52mm outer body diameter provides a robust monotube platform with increased fluid capacity.
• 18mm induction-hardened piston rod is plated and micro-polished for durability, corrosion resistance and smooth operation.
• Seamless eye rings provide strong, reliable mounting points.
• Four-position adjustable spring seat uses circlip retaining grooves to provide multiple ride-height settings.
• Approx. 1" lift at the lowest setting when used with the OEM coil spring.
• Progressive height adjustment – each higher circlip groove adds approximately 3/4" of lift, with the fourth and highest position providing approximately 3" lift.
• Do not use HD lifted coils on the upper spring-seat settings, as the resulting ride height may exceed 3" above OEM height.
• Front lifts above 2" / 50mm require an upgraded Upper Control Arm (UCA) to allow correct wheel alignment geometry.
• NOK multi-lip oil seals help maintain reliable sealing and protect the internal components.

Built for Lifted 4WD Applications

With a large 46mm monotube design, heavy-duty 18mm piston rod and adjustable spring seat positioning, these struts give you the flexibility to set your front suspension height while maintaining the travel and damping control required for touring, towing and off-road use.

Important: Always select the spring-seat position to suit the coil spring being used. Vehicles lifted more than 2" / 50mm at the front may require additional suspension components, including upgraded upper control arms, to achieve correct wheel alignment.
