    West Coast Suspension complete suspension kit for the Nissan Patrol GQ Y60/GU Y61 LWB 3 4" LIFT (All Years), proudly supplied and fitted by PPD Performance. This kit includes every component listed below — choose your spring/shock options where offered.

      Adds extra ride height on top of the springs. Note: no coil spacer is required for a 3" kit — the springs already deliver the full 3" of lift; spacers are only for additional height.

      Adds extra ride height on top of the springs. Note: no coil spacer is required for a 3" kit — the springs already deliver the full 3" of lift; spacers are only for additional height.
    • Steering Damper (+$436)
      Heavy-duty steering damper to control bump-steer and wheel shimmy — recommended with larger tyres or a raised ride height.
    • Rear Panhard Rod (+$578)
      Adjustable panhard rod re-centres the axle beneath the vehicle after a lift, correcting the sideways offset a raised ride height introduces.
    • Extended Brake Hoses (+$54)
      Longer brake lines to suit the increased suspension travel of a lift.
    • Trailing Arm Bush - Lower (+$380)
      Replacement trailing-arm bushes for the rear — fit the lower, the upper, or both to suit your build.
    • Castor Bush Kit (+$128)
      Castor-correction bushes restore the front-end geometry after a lift for stable, self-centring steering.
    • Front Panhard Rod (+$618)
      Adjustable panhard rod re-centres the axle beneath the vehicle after a lift, correcting the sideways offset a raised ride height introduces.

      Replacement radius-arm bushes to refresh the front end during your suspension upgrade.

    Gas Charged (entry / “2.0”) Heavy-Duty Shock Absorber Design

    Built for demanding 4WD applications, these heavy-duty shock absorbers combine increased oil capacity, low-pressure nitrogen charging and quality internal components to deliver consistent damping, improved heat management and reliable performance on and off road.

    • 36mm inner tube and piston provides a larger working area for controlled and consistent damping performance.
    • Teflon-coated piston helps reduce internal friction for smooth and reliable shock operation.
    • Seamless inner tube construction provides a smooth internal surface and increased durability.
    • 54mm outer tube diameter delivers a robust shock body with increased internal oil capacity.
    • 16mm heavy-duty piston rod – induction hardened, plated and micro-polished for strength, smooth operation and long service life.
    • Seamless eye rings provide strong and dependable shock mounting points.
    • Low-pressure nitrogen gas charged to help reduce aeration and maintain consistent damping performance.
    • NOK multi-lip oil seals provide reliable sealing and help protect the shock internals from contamination.
    • SV-3 anti-foaming hydraulic fluid helps minimise oil aeration during extended or demanding use.
    • Increased oil capacity provides improved heat dissipation and longer operating cycles before heat build-up affects performance.
    • Lightweight impact-resistant nylon dust cover helps protect the piston rod from dirt, stones and road debris.
    • Quality rubber mounting bushes provide secure fitment while helping isolate vibration and harshness.
    • Complete installation and fitting kit supplied where applicable for straightforward fitment.
    • Long-travel design suitable for suspension setups up to approximately 2" / 50mm above OEM ride height.

    With a heavy-duty 54mm outer body, 36mm piston and increased hydraulic oil capacity, these shocks are designed to deliver dependable damping control across touring, towing, corrugated roads and general off-road use. The combination of nitrogen gas pressure, anti-foaming fluid and increased cooling capacity helps maintain consistent shock performance when conditions get tough.
